The parent visit is a required step in the admissions process and lasts about 60 minutes. It includes time to observe the classroom and meet with a Sand Hill School staff member to ask questions and find out more about the Sand Hill program. Parent visits are scheduled on Thursdays, 10:00-11:00 AM.

**NOTE: We can accommodate up to 4 parents per tour as too many parents in a classroom can be disruptive to the students. Tickets are reserved individually. So, if you and your spouse plan to attend, please register for 2 people.

Sand Hill School at Children’s Health Council is a private school for students in K-5, offering a personalized learning environment for children who are bright but who are struggling in a conventional classroom.  Teachers skillfully help students unlock the key to feeling happy at school and excited to learn. With a 6:1 student/teacher ratio, Sand Hill School serves students with learning, attention and social challenges. The curriculum includes academics and social emotional learning and is designed for students who can function successfully in a classroom without a one-on-one aide and who have the capacity to successfully transition to a mainstream classroom.
